We will send out a community alert, along with an email alert to those who've supplied email addresses, to let everyone know when the boil water advisory has been lifted. Thank you for your continued patience.

Thank you for your continued patience.

System Repairs Update: The repair at 758 Stallion Drive has been completed. There are two more to go: 872 White Oak Cove and 813 Wynonah Drive. There is high potential for having to cut into a main line at 813 Wynonah, so we are leaving the precautionary boil water alert on until that repair is completed next week, rather than lifting it and having to put it right back on again. That should take care of the repairs this round unless something pops up in the meantime. Thank you for your continued patience.

An emergency repair crew has been organized to address a water main break on Lonestar Drive. The homes on Lonestar Drive will be without water until the leak has been repaired. We are not sure if other homes in the area will be affected.

A precautionary boil water advisory has been issued due to the main break. We will initiate another notification when the boil water alert has been lifted.

If more information becomes available, we will post it here on the announcements page of our website.

The temperatures on Friday night (January 5th) and Saturday (January 6th) are supposed to be the most severe of the winter so far. Please remember to keep the heat high enough in your homes to prevent frozen pipes! Alternately, you might wrap your pipes with heat tape to prevent them from freezing but keep in mind that the heat tape is dependent on electricity to work - if the electric goes off from the expected high winds, your pipes will not be protected. Property owners are responsible for protecting pipes and meters. The PCMA does not thaw frozen water lines. If your lines freeze, call a plumber for advice. If your meter breaks from freezing, the PCMA will replace it but the customer will be charged for the meter AND a fee for coming out to replace it.
